Originally from South Africa, Sean has been doing CrossFit® for 9 years and spent the last 5 years coaching CrossFit®. A CF-L2 Trainer, he loves all things CrossFit® but especially loves swinging around on the rigs and rings. He has a sporting background in rowing and rugby, as well as coaching both these sports. So he can definitely get you moving better. Expect a good, sweaty time in his classes (as I’m sure Engine class last night can vouch for) and some South African slang that you probably won’t understand.
