Marta is our CrossFit® Shapesmiths Kids coach and teaches regular classes at Shapesmiths too! She has been a Teacher with for almost 10 years and a Special Needs teacher for the last 5 years. She is a big believer of mastering the basics, always ready for a good chat about lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and training.
