Fitness made fun for kids and teens

Our kids program has been online twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1215PM during lockdown and it is AWESOME! It is ran by Coach Evelyn and Coach Emma who have 20 years of experience between them!

The kids class ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your little ones. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements. It’s so important to get your kids moving and give them the physical stimulus they need and we have you covered.

We hope to be bringing it back, live and in-person in the not too distant future. Get in touch if you are keen to get your kids started!
