Bio
Flo started CrossFit® with us at Shapesmiths in 2019 and has since gone on to coach both CrossFit® and Weightlifting to help people to become their stronger selves. She recently competed at the Asian CrossFit® Semifinals and dabbles in weightlifting competitions.
